Bob Hoffman was a pleasure to work with when refinancing our mortgage. He was personable, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond his professional requirements. I know this after dealing with various finance companies over the years , usually feeling lost and like a number in the process. Bob possesses the rare ability to make you feel as though you are his only client. It has been a some time since our refinance and I still feel grateful for all he did for us and how he genuinely cared.

Bob made the home buying process stress free and easy! He is personable and knowledgeable. We sat down together to figure out how much house I could afford, he set me up with the perfect real estate agent and walked me through the entire process.
