Called the store to order some items as a designer through their trade program. The woman who answered in Westport was clearly annoyed and bothered by my call from the moment she answered. She seemed frustrated that we were placing a phone order instead of online and repeatedly mentioned how busy the store was. When we asked to send our items to two separate addresses she continued to seem frustrated and highlighted how that was going to take her a long time and that the store was so busy. We called the Chestnut Hill MA store and had absolutely no issues ordering the items with no attitude on their end.
