Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

My mother and I worked with the Manager, Ewa Dedios, to set up a new banking relationship for each of us. We had an amazing customer experience. Ewa's attention to each and every detail was incredible. She took her time to make sure we had everything we needed in place before we left. I highly recommend this branch for any kind of financial need you may have.

I understand only teller available at lunch time, The other on lunch break, The issue is the break person had quarters! The one available didnt have it. So. How hard is it to have quarters I dont get it.

I waited at the drive through 20 minutes of my lunch break and no one even peaked at the window to say anything very inconsiderate. This location is understaffed and always very slow.

Met with the Relationship Manager, Jeff Whitehill, found him and all the other employees at this branch to be warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about their products and branch. Very convenient location, right on the Post Road in Downtown Westport.

I was waiting and waiting for them to attend to me and they told me after half an hour that there is no one who speaks Spanish, honestly it is the worst attention they have ever given me
