Great staff at the branch....this is concerning mobile deposits.  Apparently I have exceeded the monthly amount of money I can deposit using their mobile app. The app told me that I have exceeded my 30 day limit .  Thirty days naturally sounds like a month to me.  So it seems odd that they use past 30 days....so I can't deposit a check till tomorrow.  Then I have to watch my limits.  The answers I received from the initial call I made were more frustrating...I was told well that's the way it is.  Nobody was empowered (including supervisors)to do anything about it...nobody.  This is a deficit in the convenience of using the Wells  mobile app., which I an not confident in any longer. They have been surrounded in controversy; may be time to look for another bank that doesn't have a secret sauce.....troublesome.

Driver was on time car was clean and driver was very pleasant . I recommend Saugatuck Taxi to everyone It's night and day compared to the other service that I will never use again
