It is hard and stressful when you are buying a house. It got easier when Gina got involved and guide me through the process step by step. She also made sure I had the best interest rate all the way to the end. She then follow up on me a couple of days after the closing to make sure everything was ok. Gonna have to second the previous review as I had the exact same experience working with her- lying and impossible to reach. She really screwed us over at the last minute too. Happy to now be working with someone else.

Mrs. Garafola was a great help, she is very professional, understanding and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with Ginna! She kept me on task and helped me gather a better understanding of the process. She was able to help me get approved despite the obstacles in our way throughout, and she never gave up while working tirelessly to help me meet my goals. I was able to get approved and am now happily living in my own place.
