Had the best experience with the RIZE Mortgage team. I was in a competitive bid situation where I was competing against others with cash offers, yet I was able to commit to closing in an extremely short period due to the RIZE team. Working with Jonathan, Gaston and Katie was reassuring at every step in the process. They made it so easy to apply and patiently answered any questions. Jonathan and team were superb in an extremely tight deadline for closing. They worked tirelessly, sometimes late into the evening, to accommodate our needs and make it happen! I would give them ten stars if I could--they were that good! Don't waste your time with the big banks; Jonathan and his team have all of the knowledge, answers, and creativity to get things done. They were incredible.

Jonathan and his team were incredible to work with. Jonathan and Gaston are truly dedicated professionals and are amazing at what they do. When I first reached out, Jonathan called me back right away and got me in touch with Gaston. Gaston let me know what I needed, I uploaded the docs and had my pre approval the next morning. The best part is Rize fully underwrites the pre-approvals so we knew exactly what to expect and there were no surprises or last minute headaches. I knew once our offer was accepted that they would get me to the closing table right away. This peace of mind was so valuable during a normally nerve-racking process. Once we got the final approval, Katie and Christophe finalized the numbers with me and we were clear to close. Offer accepted on January 6th and we closed on February 7th. In fairness, Jonathan and his team were ready well before then but the sellers needed more time. So, moral of the story - give Rize Mortgage a call. You won't be disappointed.
