        Went back to T-Mobile today to upgrade the wife's phone to the iPhone 15. Myles did outstanding getting everything transferred over to the new phone and also helped me understand how to effectively use iCloud for managing photos, etc. Better than a Five Star experience. 2 years ago - Just brought our two phone accounts over to T Mobile and purchased an Apple Watch and an iPhone 13 mini. Our previous carrier made it difficult to port our phone numbers over to T Mobile but Heather and David worked diligently to get the problems resolved. They were GREAT! I couldn't be more happy with the team at the 907 Hartford Turnpike Ste E3, Waterford, CT store. The customer service people (should you need it) available by phone are based in the US which is a real plus.
