THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN: Very disappointed with this company and store: we made an appointment during the week at noon, and had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Only one person working in the entire store, and we're told other people would be coming to assist us, never did. I was trying to get a new phone for my disabled aunt during the pandemic, and they refused to help us as someone who was not authorized user. I informed them they could call the owner of the account and she would approve, or I asked if we could at least get the phone ordered to come pick up another day, and the attendant said she had no "access codes" to approve that. Over an hour in the store with 0 results. While we waited, 4 other people walked in and out. For every 6 customers that came in, they helped 1. When I called the manager (I believe the name was Chris) the next day to inform him of the problem, he told me that's the way they run things and refused to give me his name so I could speak to a supervisor who would help me and inform of how the manager was arguing with me and not trying to help with my solution. Very unprofessional. I was informed that the center in Hamden is much better by a person who walked out, but this was my FIRST experience ever with T-Mobile and it will most certainly be my last.
