Staples Print & Marketing Services

Don't know what's up with that this Staples but their customer service and policies are not customer friendly. If you use them do not prepay any orders. After they refused to print my invitations I am left with without money or invitations. They didn't have the decency to call or email about their issue. Considering that I've printed these type of invites with them before, I can't understand the problem. Never again.

I like this staples the staff is usually so helpful and friendly , they have self help copy machines that do a few different things , I dont like that you need 5 bucks to authorized your print needs - , but 1 day a nice staff person told me I could use a gift card because my bank card is on my phone , ever since then its been great even when I bring my own label paper its been 5 star help , so on 9/23 I was surprised when I asked for help and I was sent to a register to get a balance on my gift card that I knew had money on it but it wouldnt work the copy machine wouldnt take it , as I thought the card was ok - I asked this same unhelpful staff a 2nd time she sent me back to the cashiers again , Thats when I met wonderful Wanda - The staples Angel my staples Angel that day 9-23 at 4pm. She listen she smiled she fixed my issue and she has great customer service - I would give her 10 stars , if undercover boss ever came there the first staff member would be out , Wanda would be promoted - I did this review for her and all the staff at this staples less that 1 rude no customer service team member , if you have any copy needs or print needs , this staples is great - Thanks Wanda I hope your managers appreciate you and your beautiful personality that contributes to great customer service / I wont mention the negative staff name but I know she saw you in action and maybe your example will help her in her customer service - 5 stars well deserved from all my experiences at this location

The manager in the printing area has a very bad attitude.she should probably not be a manager if she can't be nice to her customers

The customer service is definitely of high standard. Its safe to say Im illiterate when it comes to printing and dimensions. Emily at the printing service was Super Professional, very kind but lets not forget knowledgeable! She made my experience a breeze. Online stores are taking over but I see why staples is still in business! Stop by for sure!

I went to go print something else and I asked if I could send it through my phone to get printed and they said no. I said okay and used the computer the computer said 0.35 per minute and I used it for 3 minutes which the price would come out to 1.05. And after all that the printer it would print out to was out of order. And it charged me $3.30 and I didnt even print it out. So the person helping me said to forward it to them (which I wanted to do from the beginning) but I said it was okay. So I sent it before they printed it out I wanted to one page and black and white because I wasnt trying to spend much money. They printed it out and it was all three pages In color and they said they wouldnt charge me for that. But if you do the math they charge me for the printing and computer even none of it worked.
