Complete Tank was a complete pleasure to deal with. They were super helpful, and, at our request, enabled us to purchase the proper tanks on our own, even telling us what additional hardware was needed. They removed a 1000 gallon buried tank and a 275 above ground tank at one location and installed two new tanks, a 275 and a new 400 gallon above ground. At a second location they removed a 500 gallon buried oil tank and installed two above ground tanks, a 275 and a 400 gallon. They were neat, timely, and efficient, got all the permits ahead of time, got the appropriate inspectors to the site, submitted the soil samples and forwarded the Closure Letters. And they left the site well back-filled and immaculate. It was a complete no-hassle experience. I heartily recommend this company.

They do tank removals and installs for other big name oil companies. Keep an eye on your oil level because they tend to keep some. They'll tell you that your tank gauge was broken or there was a lot of sludge in your old tank. That they can't put the sludge back in the new tank. You will loose some due to sludge billed up but don't let them bs you. He has young guys working for him and they all do what he tells them to do. In fact the owner put portable holding tanks at his shop to store the extra good oil that he steals from you. He then sells it to friends and customers for about half the market value. Make sure your getting what you pay for. If your suppose to get a new 2inch fill and vent pipe along with a new oil line be sure they put them in or call your oil company. In fact, if any Complete Tank truck shows up to your house send them away and call your oil company. Your better off. This guy is a thief and only cares about his own bank account. Not yours. Your not his customer. He's working and getting paid from your oil company. Good luck and god bless.
