Called to have them come out and give an estimate for some work on my property. Never came to the scheduled appointment. When I called to inquire if they were still coming, they said: “To be honest, I forgot about the appointment.” So, we scheduled another appointment for two weeks later . I even texted the person that morning, to confirm the appointment. He wrote back: “See you later”. Well, again the time came and went. Again, he didn’t show up. This time, I didn’t even bother to call or see where they were. The mason didn’t even call me back that night or the next day, to apologize or anything.
I have a neighbor who had some masonry work done on their property recently. They gave me the company they used. I called and they got back to me the next day. I have them coming out to give me an estimate next week. I would not recommend Cordero Masonry for any work, due to their lack of professionalism and courtesy.
