Absolutely terrible rebate process. I submitted my rebate over 3 months ago when I got my teeth whitened professionally. I did exactly what the dentist told me to do. So I call yesterday to check the status and the lady tells me there was a problem with the rebate. She put me on hold and after waiting 15 mins I was cut off. Then I call today and the guy barely speaks English and said that I wasnt even in the system. I honestly think their rebate is a scam just to get your email and phone number so you can get their junk mail and have telemarketers call you.
