        This salon clearly lacks customer service and etiquette. I called yesterday for an appointment for 10am this morning. Arrived on time and waited almost 30 mins. Salon never opened nor did I get a courtesy call to explain or apologize. Even left a message on their answering machine and never got a return call. If you can please avoid this place. The location isnt even the greatest either. Across the street all I see is men drinking and smoking weed at 10am in the morning. I would have overlooked this if the customer service wasnt so poor.
