great experience with amazing staffs. loved my manicure and pedicure.

Absolutely the worst mani/pedi experience. Toe nails cut to point of pain. Cuticles on hand severely bruised one requires bandaid. Every nail completely different length and shape. Technician very sullen and unskilled. Manager cold and rude. I hoped for a feel good experience and left frustrated I paid for such terrible treatment. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Very high-end experience at a amazingly affordable price. Also great service, loved my manicure, so many color choices. Will be going here regularly.

The service was good but was overshadowed by one woman's poor attitude when trying to TIP. She took my card charged it 128$ and when I asked if she could add a tip on she got upset we didn't have cash on us. IM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MORE MONEY how that results in an attitude is beyond me. I asked for my card back when i was still receiving my pedicure and she told me get it from the front with an aweful attitude. AFTER A PAYMENT WAS ALREADY MADE. I found that completely disrespectful. Then they recharged my card another 168$ to add the tip and now it's 2 days since my service was provided and still no refund for the 128$ very disappointed first time customer.
