Totally Tip Nail Spa

i went to get the nails done full acrylic set , i had to wait like 45 mins because they only had two people doing full sets. Once i got in the chair im telling her what i want and shes telling me how she couldnt do coffin shape because square wouldve been bette for my nail bed, thats just nonsense. so i ultimately just let her rock with that, she was filing my nails and she was clearly rushing, i dont know why but she was rushing and she was hurting my cuticles and being very aggressive with my nails and hands . the nails didnt even last a week they started breaking , 2 nails have broken within 5 days of getting done. when i went back to get them fixed they agreed to fix them for free because they know that it was on them, as im explaining to her my last experience its almost as if shes ignoring me , they tell u anything to defend each other but wrong is wrong. she wouldnt listen and kept telling me the reason my nails broke is because theyre too long, every woman with common sense knows it doesnt matter how long they are if they done properly they wont break. im explaining to the woman that her coworker was rushing and hurting my fingers and my nails are breaking because i asked her to use more powder and she deliberately did not. I've been going there for years and i know its a hit or miss with them lately is has been just misses, she wouldnt even apologize or acknowledge the poor service i received my previous visit. i will NEVER be coming here again unless i just need a quick pedicure but even then i probably wont because they dont know how to treat their customers. DO NOT go here if you like real service from people who care. because they do not. i was going to go get the terrible nails soaked off just to tell them in person but im currently popping them off and its taking no effort so it makes 0 sense. i dont even want to put myself in the situation where they drag me out of my character because they literally dont care once you pay them it doesnt matter. i got my acrylic nails done 2/15/24 its not 2/26 and i have 5 nails left on BOTH HANDS.

The first experience was okay. The second time going was feb 9th it was awful first I asked the lady to do exactly what I had but with red tip. The lady did not follow and put pink and red. It hasnt hit 2 weeks and my nail polish is already chipping a week after I walked in and told some other lady and she had an attitude corrected me and told me I was wrong and how the bubbles I see isnt there and that I should come back when the owner is here. I decided to write my experience and never go back. Find another nail salon if you think of going here.

I came here recently for a pedicure and had a great experience! Fantastic massage, and my polish came out perfect

They were a little messy, theyre about the same price as other places nearby but Id say the finished product is a little messier. Also the name on the door is now G Smile Nails now Services: Pedicure, Manicure
