In Nails And Spa

First and certainly last time here. Disappointed from start to finish. Never mind that I was asked to select a color and when I did, the tech practically argued with me that was too light for a pedicure, but fine for a manicure (Ive gotten this particular color plenty of times before elsewhere its been fine). Never mind that it was the laziest and I mean laziest pedicure you will ever get for $56 (+ two gel refills). Never MIND that they dont tell you the cost of service til theyre almost done with it and dont have price lists anywhere at all so of course you have to be the one to ask. I dont mind paying for a service so I didnt ask from the beginning the for the quality of the work done today and the environment, not at all worth it. I wouldve stopped at the pedicure and gone elsewhere for the other half. And that wouldve suited me better anyway had I known Id be shelling out another $85 for a full set with French tips? In what world this isnt a luxury salon and spa. Just wanted something simple and easy. And then after all that, when youre clearly annoyed, youre coerced into tipping more than what you want to personally I was pissed off enough that I didnt want to tip at all and that is an extremely rare occurrence. $155 at the end of it all - service, tax and tip. Not going to happen again. Edit: 3 days have passed since this original post and we already have lifting corners. If you have money to waste, do so elsewhere.

I have been going to in nails when I moved to Stamford 2018/2019. Yoyo is AMAZING! She has been there since that time. I even left moved a little further then came back when I moved back. I get gel and it lasts me over 4 weeks if I needed it to. She does an amazing job every time. She does designs that come out flawless and color she does just as well. There is always a main 3 that work there, and they are all amazing and do a great job. Their prices are very reasonable.
