Wish I could give zero stars. I had a bid on a house that Roxanne Forcier and her father Ron said was approved and would be signed by Monday. Monday came and went and no contract on Tuesday afternoon Im told sorry we had a cash offer come in for what you bid and we accepted that one. Had they signed the contract when they were supposed to the cash offer couldnt have even accepted. This was shady and unethical. Im sure the Forciers must have known the person with the cash ad thats why they waited so long to sign the agreement. They verbally told my realtor several times my offer was accepted and would be signed. Do not use these realtors unless you want to be screwed too

Applied for a apartment with realtors Dean and Janessia. They both gave my husband and I the run around just to tell us that we were denied and they had chosen another applicant just to find out a week later it was still on the market. Dean informed us when we called that week later that the landlord would be deciding later that night. We asked if we can speak with the landlord because these people were so unprofessional and unethical. They were hard to get in touch with and did not do their job the correct way. Just to see the place is still on the market but they must have blocked my husband and I. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend these people to ANYONE!
