Becareful when buying a home with Jim during the winter months, all realtor moral codes will be dropped. Also never use his home inspector. If you choose to use his suggested inspector, make sure the day of the inspection it's just you and the inspector. Jim tends to bring extra people to these inspections to distract the home buyer. When I told Jim about a major home problem I encountered a few weeks after purchase, Jim chose to disappear and go silent, instead of following up with my concerns. Happy Holidays Jim.

Jim represented us on two home purchases in the past two years. He was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable of the market and all the areas we were interested in, and has many connections with industry professionals to help with all aspects of the the sale and home improvement process. We always felt confident with him representing us, he would catch plenty of things positive and negative that we wouldn't have known to look for. I remember one conversation where we were close on a home but weren't quite certain about it, and in what was a very competitive market Jim could have encouraged us to move forward with the sale but instead he told us that he can get us a better home that's within our budget. And he did, he got us a far better home, which my wife says is her dream home. We then wanted to purchase a rental home and Jim has plenty of experience in that area as well, and again we found the perfect home that we rented out the first weekend it was ready.

Great experience working with Kristi, she stuck with us through the long process of buying a foreclosure and was quick to respond to all my questions. This was my first time buying a home and she made the process as smooth as possible, I will definitely be working with Kristi again for my future real estate endeavors.

Kristi del Aguila made the home buying process as easy as it could be given the crazy market right now. She was extremely responsive at all hours of the day, and available at any time to view a house. In a market where houses are going after only 2 days on the market, speed and responsiveness is everything. Great experience with Kristi as a first time home buyer!
