Hilton Garden Inn Shelton

The room was wonderful, the bed and the linens were so comfortable. I will definitely definitely return. Rooms: Very clean very nice very comfortable Safety: I felt safe and secure in this hotel. I slept very comfortably.

Room were to noisy. The fridge is old and makes too much noise. Toilet making noise like water liking, the ac unit won't stop running. There is no hands lotion in the room. Food & drinks: The website said we could order food till 9:00 pm, but I called at 8:00 pm several times and was not answered

Not at all worth the money. You're better off elsewhere, there are plenty of other hotels around. The rugs in the hallways were stained, the bathroom was old and falling apart and the pool area DOES NOT look like what it does in the photos. The front desk staff was just okay, seemed like they didnt want to be there either. Should have really read these reviews before wasting my money.

Not at all what I would expect from a Hilton. The water from the tap came out brown. The towels smelled musty and there was mold in the bathroom. I was interested in the hotel breakfast and restaurant but the whole lobby and seating area smelled like chlorine from the pool, which was not appetizing, so I did not want to try the dining experience. When I spoke with the front desk about the brown water in the room she said to just run the tap for a bit, and that it was like that due to the room not being in use for so long shouldnt it have been cleaned and checked before I used it though? She also did not offer bottled water until I requested it, and then only offered one bottle, and implied I should have brought water with me. Again really not the service expected from a Hilton hotel.
