        Very very nice rooms and fantastic staff. You do have to pay a small parking fee but its a very secure place and makes you feel welcome and safe

        I love this hotel because the breakfast was good the bedroom look beautiful and the bed was comfortable and the pool and spa was a great experience the fitness was good for my body for me to workout the market was great there candy frozen food but I was mad because there were not bacon or eggs but in breakfast they do so I did not hold a grudge Nearby activities: Fitness and spa and pool Safety: That the Elevator was safe when my daughter was getting something for her little sis and me and her father Food & drinks: Food and drinks were good

        Sadly I knew this was going to happen. My fabulous stays at this hotel came to a sorry ending. I booked 3 nights at this hotel Aug. 19-22, 2020. Everything seemed OK until I got to the room. The room had windows you CANNOT see out of. Every window was frosted over with some kind of film. This stay ended up being our family's vacation (it was really supposed to be Disney this year ) and we get a room we cannot even look out the window. Additionally, the ventilation system had some kind of dirt/dust laying on it. I immediately requested another similar room (1BR suite). They repeatedly said that their was none available at that time. I requested a discount for the dirty ventilation system and darkened windows. They said they only give points.The breakfast (which is normally really good) was school breakfast food - yogurt (not gourmet), an apple, a muffin, trail mix, a hard boiled egg. Very disappointing visit. For any visitors booking a 1 BR suite, please make sure not to get that room. I found it disturbing not to see out the window. UPDATE: I still like this hotel. The negative experience I had seemed to have been a single event (thankfully). I did return and Hyatt House said the points for a free stay were still available. They were true to their word and granted me a free stay which was very nice. Just be careful not to get a room with frosted windows all around. It was very weird and unpleasant.
