Whenever we had "dumb" questions, he would be quick to respond, clearly explained the process, and always assured us that he's available to us whenever we needed him. We really appreciated that Kris was flexible especially working with people who had full-time jobs - although this made for evening or weekend calls, he was always responsive. He has a great network for the other steps of the home buying process, which helped us significantly. Thanks for being patient with us, Kris!
