James and his team were outstanding during every step of the process and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a deal that was a bit more complicated than normal and required some problem solving and different solutions. James did a great job of finding different alternatives and ultimately a solution that made great sense. He's also super responsive and easy to reach. That means the world when dealing with the stress of a mortgage. The same can be said for his processor (Lori) who was great to work with and superb at overseeing all that was required to close the deal. Thanks to the whole Forte team! I recommend without reservation and will use them again in the future without question.
