Chris was very responsive for a drip in our shower. I had ordered the wrong cartridge and Chris helped me identify the correct one, and he returned promptly to install it.
Contacted Chris on a Saturday when a shut off valve under our bathroom sink was leaking. Chris responded right away and was there on Sunday morning to fix the problem professionally and quickly.

I used Chris to replace a faucet and fixed a shower and tub fixture. I would have given him a great review but when he came to finish the job which I paid for at my tenant condo he said he wasnt going to do it because she asked him if he would mind taking his shoes off because she just got her hardwood floors done. He said he doesnt take his shoes off she said ok let me find something to cover the floors. I arrived to drop off the part he was leaving as I got there and he said ran by me and said I am not doing it she told me to take my shoes off. I said I already paid you he said he didnt care he wasnt going to do the job which is his choice but I texted him and asked for my refund he never responded. As a professional he should have foot covers because I find hard to believe that it has never been issue. I had them in my car but I never got a chance to tell him. Dont pay someone for something until they finish I thought he was trustworthy but I guess not. Service: Shower repair
