        Im not sure what it is, but every single time I come in, the front desk ppl. are just oblivious when it comes to checking their pt in and out. I literally walk in say good morning and no acknowledgement or a good morning back. Im checking out and the young girl is sitting just sipping her water without a care in a world sees me standing waiting to check out doesnt acknowledge me for at least 5 mins. I have this same experience with this same person every single time. I love this office and the other staff members are very kind and attentive. They honestly should not have someone like that in the front of the office setting the tone for the office. I feel like Im begging to be seen every time I come here its very uncomfortable.
