Dr. Baran is excellent but I will be changing to another practice because I cannot reach a human being on the phone - ever. I call and wait on hold for 30-45 minutes. No one answers and no one ever calls back. Ironically - their automated message tries to tell me that my call is important to them. Hah!

I scheduled a new patient appointment and waited 3-4 months for it. The week prior, I called the office to see how long it would be if I had to reschedule, and not surprisingly, it was another 4 months. I informed the receptionist, who had me on hold for 15 minutes, that I would like to keep my current appointment and she informed me that the doctor wasn't even going to be in the office that day, so I had to reschedule anyway. What were they going to do, tell me the day before? You've lost my business!

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They missed a MAJOR chronic diagnosis and have done nothing but harass me ever since. They have sent me bills with my estranged father's name on them, they sent me to collections for $20 that should have been waived, they call me every few months asking me to schedule to see them even though I have asked MANY times for them to stop, they did NOT transfer my records to my new doctor even though I requested them over four months ago. THAT IS ILLEGAL! This place should be SHUT DOWN. The medical assistants do not know how to take vitals. They told me I had a fever when they never even took my temp. I work clinically in the medical field and they're a sorry excuse for a medical facility.
