I had bought a bouquet of flowers for my wife for our anniversary. The proprietor had informed me that she had added some orchids to my bouquet as a bonus to which I remarked that orchids were my wife's favorite flower. Without missing a beat, her eyes lit up and she asks me to wait a minute as she adds more! Will definitely be returning!

I called this afternoon to inquire about business & received poor customer service from the owner. I asked a question & was answered very short & rudely- as if she was annoyed with my call? I was confused.. When I stated she should speak to potential clients in a kinder manner, she hung up in my face. I had never done business here (as this attempt was obviously very negative) & never will. Business is nothing without customers & they should never be treated as a burden.

Unfortunately a terrible shopping experience, I bought an anniversary arrangement for my wife which arrived late despite having previously agreed on a delivery time, the quality of the flowers leaves much to be desired, the roses with their petals withered and the sunflowers the same. or worse condition, but the last straw was seeing the sheets that had pests, a card with blurry ink as if the printer no longer had ink. I got carried away by other customers' ratings but my experience has been very disappointing.
