I do not typically write reviews, but this company caused me so much stress that I want to warn others who are planning their weddings to steer clear. I recently used this company for my wedding and I would not recommend it to anyone. Ultimately, things turned out okay, but using this company caused an unreasonable amount of stress during my wedding planning. I used this company to transport my guests from a public parking lot to my wedding venue. The venue required a COI listing the owners as the additionally insured, which is fairly standard in the event industry(my 6 other vendors provided it within one week of requesting it without any problems.) It took me almost a month to get it from J&R. They gave me 3 separate dates that they would deliver the COI by, and failed to do so each time, making excuses whenever I would follow up. Each time I called to get an update or expressed my frustrations I told them that I wasn't trying to give them a hard time, my intention was not to be rude, but that I simply needed the COI for them to perform the service I had paid for. They did not deliver it until two weeks before the wedding and only did so when I told them I would have no choice but to cancel my booking with them and get a refund. When I explained these concerns to them on the phone they were extremely rude to both me and my father-they claimed I had only requested the COI two days prior to this interaction when I had actually requested it several weeks before. They also told my father I called them 2-3 times a day demanding the COI when in reality I only called to followup when they repeatedly did not follow through on their promises to have the COI to me by certain dates. On the day they emailed me the COI, I spoke with the owner on the phone. During our first conversation on the phone I had a crying child with me and could not hear him clearly. I called him back and explained that I wanted to make sure I had the correct information to ensure that we were on the same page and explained that I had not been able to hear him clearly because I was caring for an upset child during or first phone call. He immediately raised his voice to me because he had "just told me" the information I was calling back to clarify, he did later apologize but this is still unacceptable. Overall, this company is extremely difficult to communicate with and the employees are very rude. Service: Weddings
