Cecy and her team can take an idea and turn it into reality. She offered great advice on our kitchen and guest bath remodels, helping tie in missing touches to complete the design. Her team are skilled workers and manage all trades effectively. When there are scopes beyond her in house services she has an extensive partner network that can create an excellent final outcome. Our kitchen was an especially complex wood flooring scope and they nailed it!

Cecy and her team are amazing. Cecy herself has a great eye for design, is extremely professional, super responsive and most importantly treats your project as if it were her own. Her team is extremely hard working and has great attention detail; they went above and beyond at every step of the process. I cannot recommend Cecy highly enough.

I highly recommend Cecy and her team. From start to finish they were professional, honest, punctual, and had great attention to detail. When unexpected challenges arose, Cecy proactively brainstormed for creative alternatives to present to us that still maintained our overall goals. Her exceptional organization really helped the process not feel overwhelming. She closely monitored the costs of the project and always sent detailed invoices and progress updates. We highly recommend Cecy Gillen Designs and will be doing another project with her soon.

Cecy and her crews were top notch! We had a small, old kitchen with some very unique constraints for space and functionality. Cecy developed numerous alternate designs for us and we worked through each one to arrive at the best option. Cecy was open to our vision but also was honest with us if something didnt make sense or wasnt going to look good. She has a great blend of designer and contractor in her approach. Cecy controlled the operation every step of the way. Her crews clearly respect her work and put their best foot forward every day. With our old house we encountered a couple of unforeseen conditions and also made some tweaks along the way. Cecy was very fair on change orders (only a few) and did some extra work on her own dime. We will look to Cecy on future projects!

So we are currently getting our bathroom completely renovated. Last week they laid down the floor tile and to be honest I wasn't thrilled with the alignment of the tiles but it's an older house, the floor slopes a little and the previous owner was a DYI hack and figured majority of the tile that was misaligned would be covered by the vanity so I didn't say anything about it. That being said I said to myself the shower tile better be right on or I was going to have an issue. So anyways I went to a little golf outing today and come home peek in the bathroom check out how things are coming along and shower walls look great. But I feel like something is off.. finally figure out that all of the floor tile is gone. I'm like ok what's the situation here?? So I call this woman and she says to me - John, I hated the way it looked, I've been in here 2x over last 2 days and it doesn't look good so I made the fellas rip it out. I want things done right. Ladies and Gents name one time a contractor has ever gone out of their way to fix something that no one pointed out to them? Doesn't happen. So in summary this is the only review you need.
