I swear since they switched from people's every time I walk into a m&t Bank there's an issue makes me want to throw up

Its been year since Peoples became history- I still miss it. Another reason to move away from this M&T. I was told by this branch that the wires are cheaper if I do it from my personal account. I now transferred money into my personal and now Im here to do a wire at a branch Im told whatever was mentioned to me by the newtown branch folks is false and I will be charged $75 for international and wire from either business or personal. as peoples advantage customer I only paid $30-$35 over the years for the wire !Go figure! And also you have to be in person and wait for them to speak to someone in the main office to do this which is a process in itself. I shouldve just done it using Remitly. Because I have a limit I chose to do it with MY bank. So sorry peoples left me behind!!!
