Absolutely awful customer service. I had an issue with an account. They never answer the branch phone. Went into the bank to discuss. Was so dissatisfied with the service I received I closed my accounts. I received a cashiers check with NO other information showing/confirming my account balances. My online account was immediately disabled, so I was unable to compare my balances, to confirm correct pay out. Avoid this bank.

Terrible bank. No one answers the phone at the branch location. Poor customer service. You get different answers to questions depending on who you talk to. They look like they're going out of business inside.

Not the world's most convienient bank. ATM is always down. Went back again next day ATM still down. ATM is brand new too not any better than the new one always has issues.
