        Worst bank they turned one of the happiest moments of my life into a stressful one by not letting me open up a bank account with a check issued by the State over something that has never been an issue anywhere else..... I know This because I went right down the street to M&T and had no problem opening my account TD really Dropped the Ball Maybe My Appearance was A Red Flag They probably don't get People like me come in with checks that size I guess

        One of the worst customer service branch ever ! They treat black Americans as if theyre uneducated & undervalued at this branch. If youre black dont even waste your time and stop by here for help. Just save yourself the hassle. The only good customer service I witnessed was the white guy standing next to me. Youll have a better experience with the atms outside than the real life representative inside the branch. This is a disgrace for a bank with a slogan claiming to be "The Bank Where People Make the Difference." This branch dont even deserve a 1 star and thats the lowest.
