        I placed an 10 piece family order they totally messed it up. I had to returned back for my fries and they didnt gave me the chicken the correct way. And the customer service was terrible the drive through cashier was so rude. They definitely need to learn more about customer service.

        I place the order on the app. My first mistake. I got there there was lines dipping into a com Cohenmon street. I chose to pull over on the side in the parking lot and wait. That was a mistake number two. Who is 45 minute wait to get to the order window and then to the second window to pick up your food. I had a coupon and there was no note saying you cannot use coupons at this particular store. I pulled ahead to the second window because nobody answered me at the first window and the manager said you can't do that and you have to go all the way around so I waited in line another half an hour place my order and when I got to the window the manager came running into the window he was very intimidating trying to look and he said we don't take coupons ! While sitting in line several times I saw people go to the door and try to get in it was locked this was before 8:00 at night. Vegetarian options: You are silly if you come here and you're vegetarian and you need food. You know there's no vegetarian options here
