They mess up at least half the time but the trick is to never bother giving you your receipt, that way when you come back later they have no reason to give you what you payed for and they can treat you like a thief and like you're the inconvenience when youve had to come back twice! And the night time manager is truly awful she has an attitude constantly she's probably the reason they mess up constantly she keeps everyone on edge! Kid-friendliness: Don't bring your kids here unless they want to have a bad time!

I am not a fan of kiosk ordering, so I will work with a human whenever possible. Im sure younger generations and frequent customers would be well served by the kiosks, so dont be discouraged by my personal experiences.

I sometimes come late at night and usually they are lovely but one of the female managers is always rude and condescending both through the speaker and at the window. Always yelling. I've come inside before and had to leave because she's soo loud and it triggers me... Terrible environment.
