I have worked with Tracey Energy for many years now for my personal needs, my elderly neighbor's needs, as well as attending to delivery, service and installation for my investment properties. They are easy to work with and responsive. If you are solely focused on budget oil delivery, you may find a less expensive alternative. If you need a full service oil company that offers fair prices and great customer service, I would advise considering Tracey Energy.

Gary is a very personable individual. Rated low because it's been 5 months and I am still waiting for someone to return and resolve the issues that I am experiencing from the work that was done in Sep 2023.

They responded super quickly on a cold winter Friday afternoon when the temperature was dropping in our home - and they fixed the problem and had the right parts on hand. Couldn't ask for more.

I have been a customer of Tracey Energy Services for over 15 years. The staff is always courteous. They respond promptly to your service call and consult with you to make sure you understand what the problem is. They assist you in anyway they can to make sure you get the best price on heating oil. It is a pleasure doing business with them. If you are looking for an oil company I highly recommend Tracey Energy Services.
