I normally do not write reviews but I do rely on them.  Since my experience was so bad with Elm City- I wanted to share it with others who may use these reviews.I had Beau and his crew do significant work on my house.  Among other things the windows, doors and siding were all replaced.  A deck ,AC and insulation were added as well.Within a year the siding came loose and I have not been able to get any response from the company.  I have called and emailed the company.The windows allow air through so badly that snow will be on this inside of the windows in a windy snowfall.If you do decide to work with them- get a strong written guarantee.

After meetings and proposal submissions with three contractors, I chose Elm City Energy Solutions.  I found Beau Couden's knowledge of the importance of conserving energy and how to implement it in a cost effective way to be the key factor in selecting his company.  He was also the only company that suggested I consider insulating the ceiling in the basement.  He assisted in all phases of the project including when I decided to apply for a loan from CHIF.  I highly recommend Elm City Energy Solutions.

Elm City Energy did a great job insulating my attic and installing ductless heat pumps. Highly recommended!!

Sitting here on a rainy damp day I'm being thankful that I had my home insulated by Elm City Solutions. It is so much warmer and not damp at all. The best part is that they helped my obtain a rebate to keep my cost down. They were very professional, showed up at scheduled times and cleaned up after themselves. If you haven't had an energy audit done now is the time while there are rebates available.

Everything from start to finish went smooth with our furnace conversion and a/c install. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and professional! The installers were very neat and organized, things couldn't have gone any better!
