Been waiting in line for 20 mins got here at 4:40 its 5:01, understand its close to closing but making the older lady take everyone isnt gonna help you get out on time. 3 other people are more worried about closing than helping your customers.

I have been with the bank over 10 years, maybe 15. And every time I walk in Im treated like a loiterer! Like a complete stranger! And when you ask a question you get the shortest and least informative answers, its like youre bothering them to ask a question or youre an idiot for asking smh its literally the worst banking environment in CT. Its not the Bank itself, its THAT LOCATION every other location is wonderful, these hacks are the rudest most impolite people in the business. Im changing banks 100% not only have all the better locations closed down, but now Im forced to go to the worst spot TD bank owns smh not anymore!

I've had a TD bank account for over 2 years. One day in September my accounts are frozen due to "fraudulent purchases" and I called and went in person to a different branch and no one could tell me what happened or what purchases were fraudulent. They tell me I can't make any more TD bank accounts ever and my remaining money will be sent Via check. FIVE MONTHS LATER I've received no check, I've called and gone in person to be told "I can't help you, call this number" and then "I can't help you, go in person to the bank" back and forth!!! I'm just now in January receiving a message saying I can come to the bank with my ID to collect my funds...
