        Parts are decent . Gentlemen at the karts counter seemingly , need to pass a douchbag 101 course to be employed there. It's never just 1 person, in fact there'd be 1 person that's cordial, and in sure he won't last long(or has prob quit , idk after repeated bad service I stopped using them ) so it gets an it's OK at best from me , because the parts generally are well built.

        Had got some rotors from Watertown for my jeep. They ended up being the wrong ones steve from the naugatuck store helped us get the right part we needed FAST great service
