        Absolutely horrendous! A warning to parents and students at UCONN alike. To get a tow and a new battery they charged my daughter $477. We are outraged and they were completely inflexible on negotiating any kind of price. Oh, and they are happy to pass on the cost of using a credit card. Be ready to tack on almost $15 on the bill. Wham, bam, thank you, mam.
