    Stayed here with my 2 daughters on 4/2/24 and it was a nice experience we are booking again for another time. Property was clean, we were put in a room in the back away from the highway noise which was great. Complimentary breakfast was nice with a variety of options. Happy with our stay!

    The group sales director who I spoke with on the phone from this hotel was absolutely phenomenal. Despite not being face-to-face, Falisha Smith's professionalism was evident. Sge listened attentively to my inquiries and handled my requests with efficiency and grace. Her knowledge about the hotel's amenities and services was impressive, and they took the time to ensure I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my stay. With customer service like this, I have no doubt that my experience at this hotel will be exceptional from start to finish.

    Was in the hotel check in Mar 08 2024 checkout Mar 10 2024, for weekend vacation in South New England. On Mar 08 9:30 pm reported to the front desk that washbasin sink does not have hot water and there is slow dripping leak underneath the sink. The technician (Housekeeping staff) came and told me that fix cannot be done that night, and will report the situation to the front desk for a fix on Mar 09 morning. When the hot water was not fixed by Mar 09 night, I asked the front desk for a status. The front desk sent the plumber. The plumber informed me that the sink faucet needs to be replaced, and it is not in stock. I am not clear why the front desk could not send the plumber in the morning of Mar 09, when the chances of the fix happening on the same day was more. So our entire stay was without hot water in the washbasin / sink. The hotel person communicating with me on Bonvoy App chat, offered me 2,500 Bonvoy points for the issue of no hot water in the washbasin during our stay. This offer was repeated by the checkout person on the March 10 morning during checkout. I will update about the hotel honoring this 2,500 Bonvoy point offer, later in April 2024. Update: The Springhill Suites Milford, CT credited the 2,500 Bonvoy points on March 19, 2024. This is an excellent hotel behavior of honoring promises and is highly appreciated. The attitude of the front desk during my conversation with them for the hot water issue, leads me to think that supplying hot water in Springhill Suites Milford,CT Marriott hotel is on a best effort basis, and not a Marriott hotel guaranteed amenity. I am not sure if that is violating Milford CT building code. Please be aware that front facing rooms are quite close to the south bound lanes of I95, and truck noises at night are quite loud. The hotel other wise is like Marriott Springhill Suites generally with good rooms and lounge / lobby, downsides as below: Breakfast choices. Highway noises. My hot water issues. Only one elevator. Mornings 8am-10am, traffic jam at elevator as usage is very high between guests and housekeeping. Need better waiting space in front of elevator. Some front desk staff need some coaching on interacting with clients. Front desk need to own any hotel stay issues, and not blow issues away as issue solution are known to Hotel Maintenance, and Front Desk should not be questioned about fixes. Better coordination with Hotel Maintenance for required repair. Rooms: The room was standard. Walkability: There is nothing except a Residence Inn and Red Roof Inn within walking distance.
