TD Bank

Very uncomfortable place to bank - we went in to open an account to make certain recurring transactions more convenient however they had three agents all doing different transactions at the same time which was distracting plus they were all openly discussing other peoples personal information at the same time AND there was person documents left out on the desk in front of our agent including someone elses drivers license copy. The agent casually offered for us to go to a desk to 'sit' but implied it was inconvenient to move and didn't give us a chance to answer. Our agent also was very reluctant to let us open a basic checking account without us disclosing personal information that had nothing to do with us opening an account. And looked very upset when we wouldn't disclose anything beyond what we needed to open an account. The agent next to us was clearly making the couple trying to get a check uncomfortable as well and discussing their previous work history publicly and their transaction that (according to the people next to us) was not this complicated as the last 10 years they have went in to make a check to donate. I heard everything to do with their transaction which in my opinion is entirely inappropriate for a bank. There are literally 1,000 banks in the area and the representatives at M&T bank are much nicer and more professional.

It's a shame this branch has a really wonderful group of people, but I cannot stand it when my card gets locked out for a measly one dollar purchase. This is the last time I'll be dealing for td bank for quite a while...

EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY long wait times like I've never seen in my life at any bank, and staff shows they do not not care one bit. They see a long line and and move even slower. It looks very intentional. The thin brunette that works there appears like a lamb, but is the worst example for the other employees and the worst representation for this bank. She sets the tone in a very bad way. I was smart and left a long time ago and found banks with wonderful service!! Why people put up with this garbage is beyond me. The one in Orange failed, this one in Milford will too. Bye TD and horrible staff! What a relief it is!!

ABSOLUTE WORST TD BANK I'VE EVER BEEN TO.... LINES OUT THE DOOR EMPLOYEES JUST STARING AT THE WALL DOING NOTHING ITS RIDICULOUS!!!!
