Ive been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I would just like to give recognition to the staff for the amazing support and kindness. Brett the bank manager is outstanding and helped me rebuild my credit score and savings to a standard that Im happy with. Jerry and Lynn are always extremely helpful at the front desk and always have positive attitudes. Ive referred multiple people to this branch and they love it. I will continue to use this branch for all of my current and future banking needs.

I applied for a loan using my car as collateral. I did not hear back for at least 2 weeks and finally got in touch with customer service to have a loan officer contact me. A loan officer did call; she was very rude and then hung up on me. There is a better and more emotionally intelligent way to handle giving denial responses instead of ghosting customers. I would not use this CU.

Outstanding customer service. Brett Gallitto helped me to refinance my auto loan and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the process super simple and fast and I couldnt have asked for better customer service and expertise.
