Have a car loan with them. Cant seem to make payments online without paying an extra fee. Individual in charge of my account, is not helpful and clearly has issues reading email. So far, not a good experience

I wish I could give zero stars. This credit union is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. They are criminals. I have been in a fight with this credit union for over a year to resolve a debt on an auto loan that was actually paid off at the time when I called for my title they stated they would not release it as I owed them interest on late payments about $3,000 worth which was absolutely ridiculous. When I asked them to provide proof I got some bull shit answer that interest accrued daily and still never got an answer that made sense about how they got to that number. I offered payment settlements and literally they wouldn't take my money and to add Insult to injury they continue to not only report false information to the credit bureau but also refuse to remove it which has destroyed my credit as of today. I offered to pay the balance in full multiple times as long as they removed the negative information from my credit and they said no! I have had as much as I can take, No more bull shit games I'm getting a lawyer since I have no other options at this point. For the record, management lies to you they also omit information in the computer that was discussed over the phone so they can't be held accountable when you ask questions. I work as a nurse for a living and at the time this fight started I was working 12 hour shifts non- stop when covid first began I was beyond exhausted and having to fight this bank only made matters worst. I'd love to know who is really in charge of this credit union cause I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure they are held accountable for what they did to me and also do to the hard working members who keep them in business..... shame on you!!!!

About three weeks ago I paid off my car loan so this morning I called to check status on my title. I figured it would automatically get mailed but I guess I was wrong.  It is almost 9pm and this has really been bothering me all day the fact that Ms. N@!a REALLY  HAD to collect .19 cents from me in order to release my title.  She sure enough had to tell me why too,  "Yes your loan collected interest since your last payment and this just doesn't stop".  Are you seriously needing 19 cents from me?  "Yes". I really hope this isn't the norm, and maybe this lady was having a bad day.  Shame on you N__ _ a!
