        The service is very poor and expensive. The modems sent by Cox werent working and you asked me to pay for installation. Totally unwarranted situation. When I went to store to cancel my account after 5 days of a new account opening, no one asked me the reason behind cancelling without setup of modem. This just shows that Cox doesnt care about customers.
