Awful experience. The young ladies at the front were wonderful. However, Dr. Lee made my already anxious child feel shamed. They do not treat patients with respect and were very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Aspen Dental deaerves a no star review. However that is not possible. My experience at Aspen Dental was disappointing and frustrating. The dentist I saw did not address my issues effectively, but instead recommended expensive treatment options that didn't address my concerns. Moreover the "office manager" whom's role it was to discuss my "treatment plan" was unable to to provide any specific information about my treatment, a breakdown of the cost, or what the next steps may be. To make matters worse, the office manager demanded payment up front or to arrange financing immediately while being exceptionally patronizing to me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked him to stop his reaponse was disrespectful and dismissive telling me to "have a good day" and to "seek help elsewhere". Overall my visit to Aspen Dental was a complete waste of time and would strongly advise anyone to consider their services.

Overall, the appointment went OK. I had to get a replacement full set of dentures. I had some confusion with my appointments. I did ask for the upper canines to be a little bit more pointed, and they didnt do that. I had asked them twice to please make them a little bit more pointed and they made the denture without doing that I paid about 3500 for the dentures.
