This was my first visit with Aspen Dental ever. The staff there are amazing! They are welcoming, personable, caring, informative and these are things I look for when someone has a health issue of mine in "their hands". I now look forward to having a long relationship with this Dental office, they really care for their patients

My family and I have been patients of Aspen Dental in Danbury, CT since at least 2011 or 2012. We have always had a great experience with them, up until a week ago. We have spent literally thousands of dollars over the years there. My husband has problems with his teeth due to medications for his illnesses, so it has affected his teeth over the years. He has had many extracted and currently wears a top and bottom partial. Last week we went in for a consultation to find out about getting implants, upper and lower with snap-in dentures. We spoke with Dr. Lindley who thoroughly explained everything and gave us a ballpark figure for the cost. We are leaning toward doing this, because the remaining teeth need a ton of work, and we agreed that in the long-run this was the way to proceed. We were then referred to the office manager who would break down the pricing for the upper implants and denture and also the lower one. He ran into some issue with doing it and said he would email the breakdown to me and call to set up an appointment for the following Tuesday with the oral surgeon, (who only comes in once a month). This was on Tuesday, March, 26th. I didn't hear from him or receive an email by Thursday (2 days later), so I called and left a message for him to call me. He never got back to me, so I called Friday, spoke with Sarah, and I was told he left for the day, this was about 1:30 PM. I asked her to leave another message for him, she also explained to me that Dr. Nazeeh needed to put the estimate together with the proper codes that is why I never got a call. She also confirmed that she saw the previous message from me on the OM's desk. My response was he should of at least let me know about why I didn't hear anything, not ignore my calls, and keep me updated. It is now 9 days later and still nothing. My husband called yesterday and had to leave a voice-mail (still no call back). I called 2 times today and the call goes straight to voice-mail. I am not leaving anymore messages. This dental work is going to cost thousands of dollars, and I would imagine that the owner would not want to lose us as patients because of this. We have always been treated by the staff with respect, they know us well and we are very well liked there. Please explain to me what is going on there. We would love to have his work done in Danbury as we like the dentists, but if we dont hear from you, we have no other choice but to go elsewhere.

I need A deep cleaning, plus 4 wisdom teeth removed, and one tooth implant. My insurance sucks, so I tried shopping around. Aspen was the third place I went. The first places I went were beautiful local dentist offices with great reviews, but I wanted to try Aspen because its a chain so I assumed theyd have better pricing. I purchased their savings program before I went. First off, everyone was VERY nice. The people at the front desk were super helpful. But, the problem was the pricing. A deep cleaning at the two other places I checked were both around $800 all in, at Aspen it was $375 per quadrant - so $1500 Im assuming? Basically twice as much. For the other stuff, I was quoted around $6500 to $7000 at the other places I went, Aspen wanted around $12000, so again, basically twice as much. And that is with me buying their savings plan. Again really nice people but I would highly recommend shopping around before you choose Aspen Dental

Hi Drew, I’m really sorry that your experience didn’t live up to expectations. Aspen Dental practices do try to ensure their prices meet or beat market prices. If you would like to discuss the care plan you received during your visit, or if you need any additional care in the future, the team and I would still be happy to try to help. -Dawn
