United Healthcare is the worst. The customer service are not helpful, had me waiting for 3 hours and did not even help me resolve my issue

They keep calling my work phone line asking for a Woman's name that I've never heard of. I've told them multiple times to take my number off their list and yet they still call asking for this woman. Clearly this business is unorganized if they can't do something as simple as to stop calling an unrelated phone number asking the same thing each time.

when i joined united health care i was signed up with a great navigator named miss carrie ryan and i can honestly say that she was the best lady that i have ever worked with and i was so very pleased to have had the chance to get to know someone like her. she is a wonderful person that knows how to work with people and has what it takes to take care of her client's. but then there is the people that answer the phone i am not sure as to where they get these people but a lot of them i can not barely understand them or what they are saying a lot of them do have a problem with listening to me when i am trying to talk to them. i would say over all very piss poor service.
