Cigna Behavioral Health Inc

I called Cigna for verification of services covered for one of their clients. They told me the services would be covered all I had to do was submit a bill and it would be paid. I did that and I have been trying to get paid since March 9th 2018. Then they denied the claim saying it wasn't covered and did an investigation and said they were at fault and my check would be sense this was in July. It's now October and I have not been paid. I want to talk to the CEO but no one will connect me or give me any information to contact him.

I am still trying to get reimbursed for a reimbursable claim I submitted over 90 days ago. They first decided they didn't have enough information, so they sat on it and didn't tell me until I called. During that call, they said they could get the information and expedite processing of my claim. When I followed up, they said I would have to submit a new claim form by mail. Avoid dealing with these people if you can.

Yuck! This greedy insurance company makes me sick and so angry! They don't even cover basic services which they should. You have to go round and round with dummies who don't know their jobs... and only to be told "sorry but no you're not covered for that." And I hope Aetna or United Healthcare buys them out and takes over. Because Cigna is just plain terrible and doesn't care about their patients, only their own selfish corporate greed!!!
