The Carriage House

The Carriage House is our to to place anytime we are visiting the area. Each room is uniquely decorated, the rooms are clean and the owner goes out of her way to ensure you feel welcome and have a comfortable stay. If you have a child at Quinnipiac, The Carriage House is right around the corner! Great for parents weekend, graduation and any other events at the school.

To be honest this was my second time staying there and I absolutely loved it. Working remotely, by far the best service, clean quiet and WiFi is perfect. Highly recommended Food & drinks: You have both microwave refrigerator, takeout or delivery is recommended. Otherwise great place to get work done work with less distractions. And and no smoking, you have to go across the lot away from the property heads-up

This was such a great place to stay. It was freshly updated, so clean and comfortable, and so pretty inside our room. It had everything we needed. The service and check in were so great. I highly recommend staying here, and will definitely do so again whenever Im in the area!

We were very well looked after, the management was so accommodating. They went above and beyond even allowed us to check in early, so My Son could catch up on some much-needed rest. The cleaning staff did an excellent job and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Very efficient and easy communication. Lots of options Within walking distance. And lots of amazing hiking to do within a 10 minute car ride. If youre a light sleeper play your sleep sounds ;) love that the heating /cooling system can run on constant fan option. Exceptional value compared to the Chain hotels!! THANK YOU!! Rooms: Very Clean and stylish decor Nearby activities: Easy to Tour Quinnipiac university or Hike the sleeping Giant and spectacular view from East rock ridge Walkability: Yummy Asian and fun brewery and diner all with 5 min walk ! Food & drinks: The ramen at the Asian restaurant across from the hotel is delish!! Love that the hotel supplied lots of coffee and water bottles

If youre looking for a clean room that has everything you need and youre not worried about having a swimming pool, a indoor laundromat, a watered down bar and a cheap complementary breakfast, which isnt really complementary because the fee is included in your room rental whether you use the complementary breakfast or not. Powdered eggs and milk yah my favorite. Then rent from The Carriage House. Im not asking, Im telling you to. You will not regret it. Dont make the mistake and pay for things you dont need or that youre not gonna use. The Carriage House is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Theres no amazing scenery or views here but neither is there at the fancy newly built hotel across the street. If you look outside of any of their windows, all youre gonna see is the street.
