I consigned with Ellen. She is such a professional store owner. I was a designer collecter of many designers, going to Boston Copley place and many other luxury malls. Her store is a great replica of many of the best designer stores. The upkeep, the management and the items in her store are the closest you will get to buying them brand new. Dont go to any other consignment store.

I wouldnt come here if youre Black. I legit just walked in and from the time I walked in ALL eyes are on me. To the point that im looking at a bag and the woman comes from behind the counter - not to offer me assistance or ask if I need help but to have her and 2 other employees stand by the door LMAO. I walk around the store just to make sure im not imagining anything and she goes back behind the counter. I come back to where the bags are and what does she do? You guessed it come from behind the counter to stand by the door. Smh

Cute consignment store. Very clean, items being sold are in good very condition. Consigned designs has fair prices. For higher end brands you can visit the tween store "Couture" (right next to CD) which only deals with high end excelent conditions goods, you can find Chanel, Hermes, Bottega, LV, accessories as belts, scarfs, Hermes Twilly, wallets, etc. The staff is friendly and well mannered. Update May 2023 I came here on a Friday morning of April 2023. I wanted to check out The "Couture" boutique which I have always checked out in all of my visits. The front desk lady asked me what I was looking for specifically and said I need to make an appointment to go to the Couture. I mentioned 1 of the things I wanted (but in reality I'm here to shop what I like when I see it, I can only like something when I see it and check it out), she said they don't have that and advised me to check the website and once I see something I like on the website to call them and make an appt. I don't understand the reason for the change, there were 3 workers and I was the ONLY customer in the whole store; in all my prior visits one of the ladies has always walked me into the Couture. Updated July 2023: After a kind response from the owner, and phone inquiry about a speedy 25 I understand an incident happened in the store that has made them more strict and extra careful about the Couture Boutique. I totally understand! Thank you for taking the time to respond!
