Truly disappointed in the staff. Understand this is Christmas eve so I’m adding 1 Star because I know it is a stressful day, but that almost makes this review even more disappointing. It is a great location, usually extremely helpful, and quick service. All that remains true on most days. But I’ve got to say FIRE the store manager. I just walked in to witness the proclaimed store manager (with a line of people waiting to check out) screaming and rudely accusing their new employee of small mistakes, who is kindly helping for the holidays and is a student working to help THE STORE succeed during these busy days. The younger staff member was beyond polite, “yes sir, yes ma’am, let me go check the back for you” etc. really was trying their best and attempting to go above and beyond to accomodate everyone in a timely fashion. They in no way deserved the horrendous way the manager was publicly shaming and humiliating them. Literally screaming at them 3 feet away from a line of customers. It was a very sad show to witness from The check out line and took all holiday spirit from the store. To top it off, I think this temp student should become store manager because the other employee, who was a senior who works there - so take this with a grain of salt, made people repeat their orders multiple times and still gave people wrong orders. (Wrong employee to have on staff during your busiest day) Ultimately truly sad experience like none I have witnessed this holiday season. I feel terrible for the one person on this store’s employee roster who actually was trying to do everything and ended up being publicly humiliated multiple times for just trying to do what the manager and senior were incapable of doing themselves. Shame on them. Kudos to the kid!

There is no doubt that their selection of suits is the excellent. It is Brooks Brothers, after all. However, their customer service is atrocious. All the people that work in this store are incredibly rude, and act like they want nothing to do with you. If you get something tailored, they act annoyed and as if you are wasting their time. God forbid you try to exchange or return something. I don’t care if this is Greenwich, Connecticut, a customer is a customer. I will never shop here ever again.
